Student Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction with our online tutoring sessions within 30 days of purchase.
The deadline for requesting a refund on unused tutoring hours is 30 days from the date of purchase. If you feel our Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or English sessions don't fit, let us know.
To exercise your right to a refund, you must inform us of your decision by providing a clear written statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.
Conditions for refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following conditions apply:
The tutoring package was purchased in the last 30 days
The tutoring hours remain partially or fully unused
The following cannot be refunded:
Tutoring sessions that have already been fully attended and completed by the student.
Custom study materials or tailored lesson plans that have already been delivered and downloaded.
Sessions canceled by the student with less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled time.
Packages that have expired after our standard 6-month validity period from the purchase date.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any completed sessions that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Session Credits
Instead of a refund, you may choose to transfer your unused credits to another subject, like Chemistry or Physics.
YOUR ONLINE TUTOR LLC
We cannot be held responsible for technical issues on the student's end during a session. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. We are unable to issue a refund for missed sessions due to local network or hardware failures.
Gifts:
If the tutoring package was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of unused hours. Once the cancellation is approved, a digital gift certificate will be emailed directly to you.
If the package wasn't marked as a gift, or the gift giver purchased the hours for themselves to transfer later, we will send the refund directly to the original purchaser.
